All our products are covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. This means you can withdraw from your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
Right of withdrawal timelines
Three important deadlines apply:
- You have 14 days from the day of receipt to withdraw your order (register a return).
- After registering your return, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the product back.
- We refund the purchase amount within 14 days of your return registration. We may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them back (whichever comes first).

Did you buy a product through the webshop of an affiliated beauty salon? Please contact that salon. They will be happy to help you.
Return conditions (condition of the product)
For correct and speedy handling, we ask you to return products unused, undamaged and, where possible, in the original packaging.
You may assess a product as you would in a physical store. Should the product be damaged, or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this loss in value. Please therefore handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returned.
Return costs
Return shipments are, in principle, at your own expense. Unfranked or insufficiently franked returns will not be accepted.
If your return is justified (for example, in the case of an incorrectly or damaged delivered product), we will reimburse both the purchase costs and the reasonable return costs.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount owed via the payment method you used, in accordance with the timelines above.
