The statutory right of withdrawal applies to all our products. This means that you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
Right of withdrawal periods
Three important periods apply:
- You have 14 days from the day of receipt to cancel your order (register your return).
- After registering your return, you then have another 14 days to actually return the product.
- We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of your return notification. We may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have proven that you have returned them (whichever is earlier).

Do you want to return a product? Please contact our customer service first via info@hydropeptide.nl. We are happy to help you and ensure that your return is processed correctly.
Did you purchase a product through the webshop of an affiliated beauty salon? Please contact the salon concerned. They will be happy to assist you further.
Return conditions (condition of the product)
For correct and prompt processing, we ask you to return products unused, undamaged, and if possible in their original packaging.
You may assess a product as you would in a physical store. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
Return costs
Return shipments are generally at your own expense. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted.
If your return is justified (for example, in the case of a wrong or damaged product delivered), we will reimburse both the purchase costs and reasonable return costs.

Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the due order amount via the payment method you used, in accordance with the above terms.
